Just a few words to let you all know I am working on a post for this blog regarding the braking news on KART NUMBER ONE, I can only speculate the reasons your “Limited Company” Club as choose to suppress this information but why do they do any of the dodgy things they do, don’t worry I will be letting you know over the next few weeks so keep coming back.

Over the last few months my daughter as had an ex-committee member pestering her at her home, the same member as tried to block my road and prevent me from getting out forcing me to drive over my neighbour’s lawn, I’ve had dodgy messages from an ill informed RetroRacer in South Africa and only last week I was stalked and followed around my local Waitrose by a TESCO’S VALUE SHOPPER who thinks for some reason he is smarter than I (By the way Chris you are a member), you will get the full lowdown and names in my next blog.

November Newsletter

Just finishing next month’s (November) newsletter, was hoping to have new pictures of the Progress Grand Prix but the weather as put a dampener on things, don’t want to get it wet or let the wind blow on it so it will have to wait until the December edition.
I have addressed some of the issues raised by the members but please remember I have no influence with those you feel are letting the historic karting movement and yourselves down, if what you tell me is true then you should rise these issues with your committee and race series directors, I feel you will be wasting your time trying to talk to them (not the sharpest tools in the box) and a more direct approach maybe called for, like withholding your membership fees and letting it be known that you will not be entering events next season, although from what I have been told you may wish to hold on for a while as some major changes are on the cards, I doubt these changes will be for the good but we will have to wait and see, the one thing you can count on is, if, the same bunch of brainless plonkers are involved thing are not going to get any better.
Let’s face it you lot have been badly let down and the one event that really shows how bad these toss pots have managed things is Crystal Palace; when you consider the very last event held at the Palace was a Kart Race (I know because I took part in the event) and to degrade our sport by only being allowed to do a few doughnuts in a tennis court while car that never ever race or took part in any event at the Palace where allowed to take to the circuit, a good many of the vehicles were not manufactured at the time, even kids carts took to the track along with a Nissan Serena, Honda Civic and a gaggle of Lambretta’s, I could find just one picture of a Class 1 Kart.
Your committee believe it’s best to negotiate from a position of weakness and always have done.

FYI. Doing doughnuts is and always will be embarrassing.

One more FYI. Azusa wheels were never original equipment on Blow Karts, why some members who know this have not spoken out is why you guys will never be taken seriously by the rest of the historic motorsport community, your scared of your own shadows, for God sake man-up and speak out, the toss pots that speak this crap are YOUR committee members and should know better.

A/Z update

Just a quick update on the new four page A/Z.

So far I have added just sixty four new pictures, I have many more to add, unfortunately I don't have the time to spend at the moment due to business expansion (don’t know whether I want a Shit. Shower, Shave or Shampoo at the moment which is why I haven’t been doing as much as I would like, so to quote Sam Clemens AKA Mark Twain “The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated”) I will add the new A/Z later (in the early hours) hope you enjoy the new additions and I will let you know via the scrolling message on the front page of all further additions to the A/Z.
I have a few more upgrades for the site but they will have to wait a while, I am doing my best with the time I have spare please remember I am just one and please remember this site is FREE unlike the club you pay you fees to which has seven committee members who attend just six committee meeting a year and still can’t find the time to update their/your site and are to date still advertising their next meeting will be in July 2015 on the front page (poor buggers must be run off their feet planning trips to the USofA and of course for their annual “Butt Kissing” in Italy, who pays for the committees trips? Aren’t they just a shower of JAFA’S?)

Still working on the new four page A/Z should have it finished in the next day or two, I have scanned over 100 negatives of some very special and rare karts, I think you will be very pleased with up-dates to the site.

Arden Kart

Just added three pictures of the “Arden Kart” to the A/Z, must say I feel very lucky to get this kart a very special bit of kit and I doubt another will turn up, also the Girl Pants in the North usually goes down on karts like this like a Tramp on a Kipper but this time I think he spent all his money on brooms, bless the poor old bugger, it must be doing his head in.

Karts for Sale

Spent the day sorting one of my sheds, just tidying it up and trying to make room for my latest purchase The Arden Kart (Photos in A/Z in a day or two) and a Tro Kart, there are 28 karts in this shed and I have another shed and a concrete garage full of karts plus a storage unit 50 miles away with another dozen or so karts inside, I have far to many to restore so I will be selling a few over the next couple months.

As you would expect site members get the first opportunity to buy so keep looking on the members pages for up-dates.
